Membership Phantastica is a MEMBERS ONLY club. In order to attend parties you need to have become a member at least 24 HOURS PRIOR to coming to the club and ensure you have relevant documents to verify yourself or entry may be refused. At present we have 3 ways of joining the club. To register online please click HERE. You will need to fill in the form online. Once we have received your information we will contact you within 24 hours with our welcome email along with your provisional membership number. To complete your membership you need to come along on a party night and prove your identity with 2 forms of identification. One form needs to be photographic identification such as passport/drivers licence and the other needs to be a utility bill to prove your address. Once you have been
verified by us you will be presented with your membership card that you
MUST always bring with you when you attend an event. Current membership
fees are detailed below. If you are unable to access the internet or would prefer to register your details with us by mail, you can do so by calling us on 0845 6019636 and request an application form. Please complete and return your form to us by mail and when you come along to a party for the first time bring along your 2 forms of identification to complete your membership. You can click here to open a window with our application form in a Microsoft word format, which you can then print and post to us. Please give us a call on 0845 6019636 and register your details with us over the phone. We will provide you with your provisional membership number then all you need to do is complete your membership by attending one of our events with your 2 forms of I.D. Please note you must be 21 or over to become a member.
