Club Rules

Whilst we try to keep rules to a minimum - relying on the common sense of our members - we have a number of rules in place to ensure the safety, comfort, and privacy of our members whilst on club premises:

Smart/Clean clothes must be worn
Dress code will be enforced.  Management have the right to refuse admittance if the dress code is not adhered to.  For more information about our dress code please see our Terms and Conditions page.

No Drugs of any kind
No drugs of ANY kind will be tolerated on the premises.  Anyone found breaking this rule will have their membership terminated immediately and will be asked to leave the club.

Abuse
We will NOT tolerate any form of abuse, any perpetrators will be asked to leave the club and their membership cancelled with immediate effect.

Membership Cards
No one will be admitted to the club without a valid membership card.  Membership cards are strictly non-transferable.  Gentlemen holding a couples card can only be accompanied by his female partner that is on the application form. Ladies holding a couples card can only be accompanied by her male partner that is on the application form

Bags & Valuables
Members are liable to have bags searched on entry. 

STRICTLY NO CAMERAS
No cameras of any kind are to be brought into the club.  This also includes mobile phones with built in cameras.

Identification
New members must produce two forms of identification each, on their first visit which must correspond with previous details given.  Names and Addresses are required.  Please view our Terms and Conditions policy.

Loss or Injury
Phantastica shall not be held responsible for any loss or injury sustained whilst in our club nor whilst using any item of furniture whilst on the premises.

Smoking
Smoking is permitted in the bar areas and social area of the club. We operate a strict NO SMOKING policy in the Playrooms.  This is to ensure the comfort of non-smokers and the safety of all.  Anyone found smoking in the play rooms will be asked to leave the club and have their membership cancelled.

Age restriction
No one under the age of 21 will be allowed to join the clubs membership.

Membership
Every user of Club Phantastica must be a valid member. Each member must have joined at least 24 hours in advance prior to using the clubs facilities.

Safety
It is our policy that health and safety shall be foremost with and for every member of our club.

Right of Entry
Management reserve the right to refuse entrance to the club.

NO MEANS NO at ALL times

Any matter, or matters arising from Club Phantastica, may be dealt at the first instance by verbal communication, but at all times each and every matter will be followed up by a hard copy letter and/or email.

Each and every issue shall be responded to within a period of seven days from the matter arising.
